It may not work properly at first but if you keep doing and you notice what your kids is comfortable with then you should be able to give your child a hug whenever you want.

So it's undoubtedly possible to show devotion when there's autism in children. You just need to use a way of doing this that is not going to suddenly scare or excite the autistic youngster.
